Mo Salah breaks his social media silence after touchline row with Jurgen Klopp

Mohamed Salah and Jurgen Klopp clashed during Liverpool's game at West Ham United.

Mohamed Salah has broken his social media silence following his explosive bust-up with Jurgen Klopp.

Salah and Klopp clashed as Liverpool drew 2-2 with West Ham United last Saturday.

In the mixed zone after the match, the Liverpool ace gave a damning answer when asked about his spat with the German boss.

The club have made a decision on Salah, who is out of contract in the summer of 2025.

The 31-year-old will be hoping to return to the starting XI when his side resume their Premier League campaign on Sunday against Tottenham.

And ahead of potentially being in the team at Anfield, Salah posted a story on his Instagram account in what is his first post on social media since his dispute with Klopp.

He shared a gym selfie, with no captions - seemingly showing he is focused for the rest of the season.

After the game against West Ham, Klopp played down the severity of the argument with Salah.

He said: "We spoke already in the dressing room. For me, that's done."

Asked if Salah felt the issue was closed, the 56-year-old replied: "That's my impression, yes."

The star winger was unable to inspire Liverpool to victory upon entering the fray at the London Stadium.

But he has an impressive 24 goals across all competitions to his name this season.

The Egyptian has scored 17 league goals this season as his side's title hopes were dealt another blow.

Following the defeat at Everton, they dropped points against West Ham, leaving them five points adrift of league leaders Arsenal.

The Reds have three league games remaining this season.
